  • Governor Cox secured the largest tax cut in Utah history - $850 million. This legislation provides relief for all Utahns with a focus on helping families by reducing taxes on income, food, and Social Security.

  • Governor Cox is unequivocal in his commitment to defending Utah's right-to-life laws. He signed HB467 which limits the expansion of abortion clinics in the state.

  • Governor Cox delivered major new legislation that empowers parents, including a bill that requires parental permission before a child can sign a legally binding contract with Big Tech companies.

  • Parents need to be involved in the education of their children. HB 215 increases parental choice in how their tax dollars are spent and where their children are educated.

  • Utah's teachers are the best in the nation. We need to ensure they can keep teaching. That's why Governor Cox approved legislation that will secure a $6,000 permanent pay increase for Utah teachers.

  • Governor Cox signed legislation that approves $500 million in new funding for water conservation, development and infrastructure to protect Utah's most valuable natural resource. He also approved a series of bills that push back against the federal government's intrusion in ESG investing criteria and the unnecessary attacks on Utah's all-of-the-above energy policy.
